Stitched Whimsies
I have been making textile art since I was young. When my first child was young I made hats as "The Mad Hatter". More recently I have been working on the "One Metre" series of smaller textile jewellery - all the works have been made from the same one metre length of green billiard felt.

Many of my current textile jewellery pieces have been created from a single metre of billiard green felt cut into small shapes - circles, triangles and squares - and then densely embroidered.
They are all finished with a brooch backing. Have a look at the backs in their feral state...
